Quality Manager Position in Fort St John

Lead quality initiatives as a Quality Manager with Dawson Road Maintenance in Fort St John, BC. Ensure adherence to standards while enhancing stakeholder communication and service delivery.

In this permanent full-time role, you will play a critical part in managing the Quality Management System (QMS) and reporting to the Manager, Operations. Your responsibilities include inspecting work, maintaining detailed quality records, and handling supplier evaluations with required regular travel in the service area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage auditing programs effectively

• Conduct detailed inspections for compliance

• Record maintenance aligned with QMS requirements

• Evaluate materials for seasonal work compliance

• Manage incidents of non-conformance diligently

Requirements:

• Five years of relevant maintenance and construction experience

• Prior managerial experience is advantageous

• Solid understanding of MOTI standards and ISO 9001:2015

• Computer proficiency, especially using MS Office tools

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification required
