Your ability to conduct effective inspections and develop Traffic Management Plans will be essential in maintaining service quality. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and maintain auditing programs for quality standards

• Conduct thorough inspections of work activities and materials

• Ensure accurate record-keeping as per QMS requirements

• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders

• Promote training and development improvements across operations

Requirements:

• At least five years in road and bridge maintenance

• Managerial experience is an asset

• Strong understanding of MOTI specifications

• Completed ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Training

• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
