Take charge of daily retail operations as an Assistant Manager. This role includes staff management, budget planning, and marketing strategy implementation for a successful store.
We are looking for an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to oversee daily functions. With 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity, you'll evaluate operations, resolve issues, and manage staffing needs.
Your role will be pivotal in enhancing both sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, direct, and control daily retail activities
• Evaluate and improve daily operational efficiency
• Recruit, hire, and supervise staff members
• Develop effective marketing strategies for the store
• Monitor revenues, expenses, and staffing requirements
Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate required
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Strong problem-solving skills for customer issues
• Experience conducting staff performance reviews
• Availability for varied shifts, including evenings
