Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries

• Provide expert advice on technical specifications

• Keep retail space stocked and well-organized

• Support customers in understanding local laws and guidelines

• Build relationships with vendors and community organizations

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of fishing and hunting equipment

• Possession and Acquisition License (PAL) essential

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Experience in retail or as a guide is advantageous

• Capacity for physical tasks, including lifting and standing
