Canadian Mobility Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shell Canada. We own and operate 56 Shell branded gas stations across Western Canada.

About the Role:

Under the direction of the Site Operation, the Team Coordinator ensures our Gas Bar runs smoothly and safely, handling customer service, inventory, pricing, and more.

What You'll Do:
  • Customer Service:
    Provide top-notch service to everyone who visits the Gas Bar.
  • Inventory Control:
    Keep track of gasoline inventory and maintain records.
  • Incident Response:
    Report and handle incidents promptly, health and safety issues, and environmental incidents.
  • Gasoline Pricing:
    Ensure pump and sign price accuracy. Report competition price changes and adjust prices as needed.
  • Site Condition:
    Ensure safety and fire protection equipment is in place and working. Keep the site neat, clean, and well-stocked.
  • Security:
    Maintain CCTV operation, tank locks, and canopy light timer. Keep override and supervisor cards secure.
  • Kiosk:
    Ensure price tickets are accurate, and stock is replenished.
  • Financial:
    Handle cash and report procedures properly.
  • Environmental:
    Keep environmental documentation up-to-date and respond to incidents as required.
  • Health and Safety:
    Support the development and maintenance of the Health and Safety program.
  • Fuel Delivery:
    Follow procedures for accepting fuel and reconciling bills of lading.
  • Staff Appearance:
    Ensure all staff wear approved uniforms and maintain a neat appearance.
  • Operations:
    Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists and reconciliations.
Skills and Requirements:
  • Experience:

    5 years in retail, convenience, or fueling industry.
  • Education:

    Business Management certificate is a plus.
  • Valid Drivers License and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Team Player:
    Fluent in operating in a team environment and aligning with our values.
