Gas Station Manager for Shell in BC

1419600 BC Ltd. seeks an experienced Gas Station Manager to lead the Shell Gas Bar and Convenience Store operations in Fort St. John, BC. Master operational leadership and customer service excellence.

As the Gas Station Manager, you will ensure compliance with Shell standards and manage both staff and operational tasks effectively. The role encompasses supervision of cash handling, inventory management, and the creation of a positive workplace culture focused on community values and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Shell gas station, convenience store, and car wash operations

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards

• Monitor inventory control and merchandising practices

• Handle customer service inquiries and concerns professionally

• Lead staff coaching and performance management efforts

Requirements:

• Required 3-5 years management experience in retail

• Familiar experience with fuel and tobacco sales operations

• Strong knowledge of WorkSafeBC health and safety programs

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Class 5 Driver’s License preferred
