Join The Brick management team as a Retail Supervisor. You will maintain excellent merchandising, handle escalated customer issues, and ensure a high level of inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain excellence in store merchandising and customer service

• Recruit, hire, and develop staff through coaching and goal setting

• Handle escalated customer service issues with effective solutions

• Promote teamwork across all departments by leading by example

• Ensure data entry accuracy and inventory control

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education an asset

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience

• Previous retail supervisory experience a plus

• Proven track record in customer service and operations

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
