Surveillance Operator at Casino

Protect guests and assets as a Surveillance Operator in a dynamic casino environment. This security role emphasizes meticulous monitoring, documentations, and responding to internal and external violations.

Reporting to the Security Manager, the Surveillance Operator ensures safety through daily monitoring of casino activities. You'll conduct routine checks, document incidents, and support various departments in safeguarding the facility. Your attention to detail is crucial as you'll compile comprehensive reports that could be used as legal evidence, while adhering to Gaming Commission and OLG regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report unsafe conditions and suspicious activities

• Enforce restricted access for unauthorized persons

• Observe cashier transactions and escort cash operations

• Conduct patrols of facility interiors and exteriors

• Maintain accurate logs and records for incidents and reports

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Previous security experience preferred but not required

• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends

• Strong communication and observational skills

• Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check
