Industrial Security Guard

Become a vital part of Backwoods Energy Services as an Industrial Security Guard in Fort St. John, BC. Ensure safety and security through effective monitoring and patrol duties in diverse shifts.

In this role with Backwoods Security Services, you will contribute to maintaining a secure environment for clients. Required qualifications include one year of experience in industrial security, a valid BC Security Guard License, and a Class 5 Driver's License. Your responsibilities will include monitoring surveillance equipment, conducting inspections, and managing access control to maintain high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol and monitor premises for security threats

• Inspect buildings and access points thoroughly

• Control access for authorized personnel efficiently

• Report irregularities and enforce policies consistently

• Complete daily safety assessments and incident reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial security

• Valid BC Security Guard License required

• Standard First Aid with CPR is an asset

• Class 5 Driver's License with a good record

• Strong knowledge of security operations
