Candidates should hold a degree in Social Work and have the ability to navigate complex family dynamics. This position involves collaboration with school teams and external agencies while managing potential crises through strategic solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Strengthen family connections to the school community

• Collaborate with outside agencies for holistic support

• Work alongside school staff to ensure student needs

• Recognize crisis situations and strategize responses

Requirements:

• Requires a degree in Social Work

• Must pass a Criminal Record Review

• Hold a valid class 5 driver's license

• Access to own vehicle needed
