Your role will include direct client interaction and coordination with various stakeholders to facilitate integrated services for children and youth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to youth and families

• Collaborate with schools and community organizations

• Support a team of clinical professionals and peer supports

• Maintain records while ensuring confidentiality at all times

• Manage caseload effectively in a multi-jurisdictional team

Requirements:

• Master's degree with a focus on counselling or psychology

• Certified Clinical Counsellor or Social Worker in British Columbia

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Must be able to travel as needed for service delivery
