LP Facilities seeks a Quality Control Scaler to ensure the standards of incoming logs and compliance with regulations. Engage with the Scale House Team to maintain effective log management practices.

In this role, you will assist in weighing log trucks accurately and inspecting logs to verify compliance with LP's quality criteria. Your strong math skills and knowledge of logging regulations will play a crucial role, as will your experience with scaling software. Effective communication will be key while collaborating with drivers and off-loaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately weigh arriving and departing log trucks

• Check drivers’ licenses to meet compliance standards

• Inspect logs to affirm quality and compliance

• Utilize scaling software regularly

• Manage log yard inventory to uphold records

Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma

• Required Weighmaster license/certificate

• Current driver's license essential

• Experience in weighing logs necessary

• Knowledge of safety regulations and effective communication
