Fort St John Rail Operator Position

Be part of a major oil and gas firm as a Rail Operator in Fort St John. Your primary role will focus on loading rail cars and managing inventory effectively.

As a local candidate working a 7/7 shift, you’ll operate heavy machinery and monitor stock at the North Pine rail terminal. This position requires strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load propane and butane onto railcars for transport

• Maintain accurate inventory tracking for operations

• Operate required heavy equipment efficiently

• Work collaboratively within a team environment

• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:

• Experience in heavy equipment operation is beneficial

• Previous oil and gas field experience preferred

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Full class 5 driver license required

• Must hold necessary safety tickets like First Aid, H2S Alive
