The Train Conductor role involves working within a 2 or 3-person crew, managing the movement of trains, rail cars, and locomotives. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe compliance with rail orders and signals

• Communicate with Rail Traffic Control via radio

• Assemble and dismantle trains in the rail yard

• Observe signals and relay for safe operations

• Inspect trains and address equipment conditions

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Must pass safety and rule exams

• Acquire Conductors Rule Card

• Valid passport for Canada and the US

• Proficient in English and French communications
