Position: Baldonnel Area School Bus Driving Role
Join the Baldonnel community as a dedicated School Bus Driver, providing essential transportation for local students. This role involves operating school buses and ensuring safety and proper conduct during transit.

Reporting to the Transportation Supervisor, you will be responsible for adhering to safety standards and maintaining student discipline. Duties also include performing daily inspections, addressing mechanical defects, and collaborating on student registration tasks. The role is critical for fostering a safe environment for students during their travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive school buses under varying conditions

• Conduct comprehensive bus inspections daily

• Manage student behavior on the bus

• Facilitate student registration and route planning

• Keep the bus clean and administer first aid when necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 10 completion

• Valid Class 2 Driver's Licence with Air Brakes

• Clean driving record is essential

• 2 years recent bus driving experience preferred

• Must complete WHMIS and safety training
