Position: CN Train Conductor Position Available
Step into the role of Train Conductor with CN based in Winnipeg, MB, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of trains. This essential position demands attention to safety and teamwork.

You’ll work in a crew of two or three, coordinating the assembly of trains and performing ground work. The ideal candidate will adapt to flexible schedules and varying weather conditions while maintaining compliance with safety protocols.

Your role will be integral in ensuring the smooth movement of rail cars on the network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with operational safety regulations

• Communicate effectively with Rail Traffic Control

• Inspect trains and prepare rail cars on the move

• Operate devices like track switches and handbrakes

• React effectively in emergency circumstances

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Pass necessary safety training exams

• Valid passport for travel between Canada and the USA

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Acquire Conductors Rule Card
