Dawson Road Maintenance is seeking an experienced Road Foreperson to oversee maintenance crews and sub-contractors, contributing to road efficiency and safety. This permanent, full-time role involves travel throughout beautiful British Columbia. Successful candidates will need strong leadership skills, extensive road maintenance knowledge, and the ability to operate various equipment under changing weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance crews and hired equipment operations

• Prioritize safety and efficiency in all work practices

• Collaborate with various stakeholders including government agencies

• Monitor compliance with MoTT maintenance specifications

• Communicate effectively with team members and the public

Requirements:

• Minimum three years in management roles required

• Five years in road maintenance industry experience

• Valid Class 3 Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement

• Clean driver's abstract mandatory

• Ability to work outdoors and manage shift tasks
