In this role, you'll be responsible for efficiently delivering and collecting waste from industrial, commercial, and institutional sites. Each day, you'll drive assigned routes, manage bins, and ensure compliance with protocols while maintaining excellent service standards. Your ability to manage paperwork and follow transportation laws will be essential to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle container deliveries and waste pickups on assigned routes

• Ensure bins are securely loaded and dumped properly

• Conduct driver check-ins for completing paperwork

• Adhere to municipal protocols for waste management

• Tarp loads and manage hook lifting tasks

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 or Class 3 License with Air Brake endorsement

• 1-2 years of driving experience in logistics

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills
