Bandstra Transportation seeks an experienced Local 5-Ton Driver for daytime shifts. You will engage in local pickup and delivery using a 5-Ton truck, ensuring the highest safety standards. Additional responsibilities include loading, unloading with forklifts, and completing paperwork while working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct local pickups and deliveries with a 5-Ton truck

• Load and unload using forklift as necessary

• Maintain a high standard of safety at all times

• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections regularly

• Complete required forms and documentation accurately

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 licence;
Air Brake Endorsement is an asset

• Clean driving abstract with no recent convictions

• 2+ years of experience in commercial driving

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Proficient in English reading and writing
