You will be responsible for managing daily dispatch processes, communicating with drivers, and performing administrative tasks. Strong technical and customer service abilities are vital for managing deliveries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct communications with drivers to assess delivery needs
• Prepare and manage delivery tickets in dispatch systems
• Analyze performance reports and driver feedback
• Review and modify delivery parameters for customer accounts
• Assist with customer inquiries and dispatch system training
Requirements:
• Dispatch and logistics experience is an asset
• Must possess strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
• Previous customer service experience is essential
• Professional dispatching or fleet experience is advantageous
• Familiarity with Liquid Fuels Handling Code is preferred
