The OpportunityThis is a true entry-level opportunity—no previous oilfield experience is required. We’re looking for safety-focused, hardworking people who are ready to learn, work outdoors, and build a long-term career with Sanjel Energy Services.
Career path:
Field Hand → Class 1 Driver → Operator → Supervisor → Beyond
- Full, unrestricted Class 5 driver’s licence
- Clean driver’s abstract with no suspensions and an incident-free driving history
- Able to work in all weather conditions on a 24-hour on-call 15/6 schedule
- Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Safety-first attitude in all aspects of work
