Package Delivery Courier

Represent Fed Ex professionally while managing package pickup and delivery, computerized dispatch, and accurate shipment documentation. This casual opportunity serves customers from Fort Saint-John.

As a Casual Courier, you will provide efficient service on assigned routes while following Federal Express Canada features of service. Responsibilities include selecting and inspecting packages, reporting stop counts and missorts, and maintaining property security. You will also support customer inquiries and sales lead communication.

• Provide courteous pickup and delivery of customer packages
• Report stop counts and missorts accurately and promptly
• Maintain neat paperwork and adequate shipping material supplies
• Inform sales about customer leads and market changes
• Load, unload, sort, and scan packages when required

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Good time management and organizational abilities
• Successful completion of mandatory driver assessment training
• Availability for at least two full weekdays
