Rental Yard Technician - Rentco

Rentco is seeking a Rental Yard Technician to support our rental operations by preparing and ensuring the safety of equipment for customers. Work in an organized and efficient environment to deliver top service.

In this Yard Hand role, you will be responsible for preparing rental equipment, overseeing its loading and unloading, and conducting inspections for safety standards. Your ability to communicate clearly will enhance customer experiences as you manage all aspects of equipment readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and test rental equipment for customer use

• Ensure proper loading and unloading protocols are followed

• Perform safety checks on all equipment using a tagging system

• Inspect returned items for any damages and report findings

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the yard

Requirements:

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills

• Strong verbal communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and in a team

• Basic math skills for equipment records

• Willingness to learn operation of machinery
