- Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required, Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred. - Experience:
10+ years in acute healthcare care management, 8 years in leadership, knowledge of payer billing, regulatory requirements, and clinical assessments. - Skills:
Leadership, strategic planning, communication, problem‑solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge:
Familiarity with healthcare regulations, resource availability, family development, statistical data analysis, and care management techniques.
