Physician Assistant | $175k+ | Loan Repayment | Redwoods of Northern California

Position Highlights

• Full-time outpatient Family Practice ? high-volume clinic; no call, no weekends
• 4x10 schedule
• Strong clinical support: RN + 3 MAs
• Diverse patient population across all ages and acuity levels
• Collaborative team environment with physicians and other clinicians on site

Qualifications

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Open to new grads who are enthusiastic about fast-paced clinic work
• Must be motivated, adaptable, and ready to make a real impact in a rural setting

Compensation & Perks

• Total comp: $175k+ achievable
• Quality and volume-based incentives
• $125,000 Loan Repayment Package available
• CME allowance, license reimbursement, and retirement match
• Generous PTO and CME time
• Sign-on and relocation available
• Optional short-term housing reimbursement (up to 3 months)
