The Wraparound Program Support Specialist provides coaching, training, and field-based support to ensure the Humboldt Neuro Health Wraparound team delivers services with high fidelity to the model. This position combines the responsibilities of Case Management and Therapeutic Skills (TSC) roles, providing supportive guidance in documentation, compliance, family engagement, and collaboration with System of Care (SOC) partners. The Wraparound Program Support Specialist model's Wraparound principles, standards, and the practical application of the philosophy, demonstrating the skills required to support high fidelity.
Through service coordination and administrative support, the Specialist plays a key role in strengthening team practice, modeling effective engagement with families and community partners, and supporting a culture of excellence and collaboration within the Wraparound program.
- Demonstrate proficiency in and be capable of fulfilling all job duties related to Case Management and TSC roles.
- Attend staff meetings, individual and group supervisions, and clinical consultations as scheduled.
- Support staff understanding of roles within the Wraparound workforce, System of Care agencies, and community resource networks.
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards, including accuracy and timeliness across all service platforms.
- Support Program Manager with program operations and systems, ensuring that all tasks are completed by established deadlines according to HNH processes.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to Wraparound staff in all areas of job performance, service delivery, and professional development.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager and team leaders to ensure program effectiveness, ethical service delivery, and adherence to agency standards.
- Support case managers and facilitators in family engagement, assessment, and care planning.
- Lead or co-lead family meetings as needed to ensure alignment with individualized goals and safety plans.
- Guide staff in the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized family plans and safety plans.
- Utilize tools such as CANS and WFI-EZ to assess outcomes, identify areas for growth, and guide performance improvement.
- Plan, prepare, and facilitate parent education opportunities, including parenting classes, attachment sessions, and family connection activities.
- Maintain regular contact with community stakeholders, including schools, medical providers, and service agencies, to strengthen collaborative relationships.
- Identify and facilitate creative service delivery connections that enhance family support and resource access.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (in related field)
- Two (2) years experience in case management, family services, or a related field of work preferred.
- Strong understanding of trauma informed care and attachment theory
- Experience or Knowledge of Wraparound Services
- Preferred in-depth knowledge of Wraparound principles and practices.
- Administrative experience and knowledge of Google Suite and general cloud computing, productivity, and collaboration tools and software preferred.
- Must possess a valid California driver's license, personal automobile insurance, and clean driving record.
- Must be physically and mentally fit.
- Must be willing to complete a personal background investigation conducted by the State of California.
- Must be flexible to work nights and weekends, may need to work a split-shift, varying schedule according to operational needs.
- Performs all duties in a manner consistent with the principles and values of the agency, while adhering to applicable professional codes of ethics, the agency’s policies and procedures, contractor requirements, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, analytical, and communications skills.

Status:non-exempt; full-time
Pay:$28-$33/hour
