Billing Specialist

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices promptly
• Enter and maintain sales orders within our ERP system
• Follow up on past-due accounts and manage collections processes
• Reconcile billing activity and support month-end closing
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve invoicing issues
• Assist in documenting processes and support testing during the Net Suite system transition

Required Skills:

• Proven hands‑on experience with billing and sales order entry
• Strong skills in collections and accounts receivable follow‑up
• Familiarity with ERP systems;
  Net Suite experience is a significant plus
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a quick learner
• Ability to work onsite in Foster City, CA, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience with large transaction volumes
• Healthcare AR experience or knowledge of Great Plains is beneficial

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Prior experience in billing, accounting, or finance roles
• Demonstrated ability to adapt in technology-driven environments

Other Requirements:

• Onsite presence in Foster City on scheduled days
• Comfortable supporting a transition and testing phase during system implementation
