Overview
We are seeking a Scheduling Test Coordinator to support and scale the company’s autonomous vehicle testing operations across R&D and commercial service environments.
In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and site leadership to understand testing demand, allocate vehicle time, and ensure vehicles and personnel are scheduled and ready for service. You’ll play a key role in coordinating daily test execution, managing priorities across competing requests, and maintaining strong relationships with leadership at multiple testing sites.
The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong coordination skills, communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Expected pay: 37.50 USD Per Hour
Schedule: Full time (usually 30+ hours/week)
Assignment length: Contract
Responsibilities- Coordinate day-to-day scheduling activities for a growing autonomous vehicle fleet supporting both R&D and commercial operations.
- Review change control requests, prior-day failed missions, and evolving requirements to ensure milestone testing stays on track.
- Engage daily with cross-functional stakeholders to understand shifting priorities and testing demands.
- Exercise sound judgment to remove obstacles, adjust plans, and redefine approaches to support product testing needs.
- Ensure vehicles are properly configured and approved for each specific test or service requirement.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and proving ground or test-site leadership.
- Coordinate vehicle logistics, proving ground time, and personnel resources to support testing and service operations.
- Ensure service-ready vehicles and support staff are scheduled and prepared for daily operations.
- Make project-level prioritization decisions across competing requests, escalating when appropriate.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate on solutions to improve scheduling and utilization.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional efforts in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, ongoing contract position, open to candidates local to the Foster City area.
