• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Five (5) plus years' experience with L&D program management
• Experience building L&D programs
• Pay Range: $25 - $31/hr; depending on experience

• Provide administrative, communication, and training support to Learning & Development (L&D) programs and initiatives
• Manage arrangements for learning programs, including marketing, scheduling, registration, hospitality and catering, day‑of support, and post‑event evaluation
• Support vendor management through PO Processing and keeping records up to date
• Produce virtual learning engagements including room management, taking attendance and troubleshooting technical issues
• Research and source external learning content and facilitators

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Five (5) plus years' experience with L&D program management
• Experience building L&D programs
• Ability to navigate dashboard and portal‑based technology systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Teams

Estimated Max Rate: $31.00
