Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa's network clients, including both financial services and merchants. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, Visa Consulting and Analytics solves the most strategic problems for our clients.

The NA Consulting Practice within VCA provides consulting and solution services for Visa's issuer, merchant, acquirer, or co-brand partners in the United States. We apply deep expertise in the payments industry to provide solutions to assist clients with their key business priorities, drive growth and improve profitability. The VCA team provides a comprehensive range of consulting services to deliver solutions that address unique challenges in areas such as improving profitability, strategic growth, customer experience, digital payments and managing risk.

The Strategy and Operations (S&O) team supports the North America VCA team through setting standards, developing foundational processes, and driving operational performance for the consulting organization. This Business Analyst, Strategy and Operations role will work on strategic and operational projects that have large impact across the team.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, highly collaborative team player who is flexible and proactive at identifying and resolving issues. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, S&O.

• Manage the centralized staffing function and improve the way we deploy resources
• Refine the new hire interview and onboarding process
• Identify process improvement opportunities and design and implement action plans to address them

• Manage the project staffing of VCA consulting resources
• Oversee weekly organization wide reporting for project pipeline, resource availability and resource utilization
• Produce materials for VCA NA Leadership Team meetings
• Deliver special projects to VCA NA on behalf of S&O
• Manage vendor relationships with partner consultancies. This includes sourcing staff augmentation candidates and running monthly vendor calls
• Onboard staff augmentation resources from vendors, track resource contract dates, facilitate extensions
• Coordinate the quarterly pooled hiring process on behalf of VCA NA

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

• 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• Creative thinker with a results orientation who approaches challenges with thoughtfulness, drive, and appropriate urgency
• Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, able to work effectively in matrixed organization
• Relevant experience at large management consulting firm or has experience in a similar role that is strategy and operations focused
• Client- and output-focused mindset, with a demonstrated track record of discovering and communicating key actionable insights
• Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
• Proficiencies in PPT & Excel
• Experience with RPA tools such as Power Automate
• Self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently
