Job DescriptionThe Global Sales and Commercial Operations team supports the execution and delivery of key global initiatives and planning activities. The Sr. Manager, Performance Management will oversee planning, measuring, and tracking performance for Visa clients, primarily Global Accounts. Duties include developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards, providing insights, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities- Lead performance management for Global Accounts, overseeing monthly reporting and ensuring accurate measurement of actuals versus targets.
- Partner with Global Account teams to establish annual, quarterly, and monthly targets.
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Deliver advanced analytical insights and business modeling using Tableau, Excel, and other tools.
- Drive cross‑functional collaboration with internal stakeholders, client teams, and data engineering.
- Serve as the primary contact for performance‑management needs across Kullanımd a organization.
- luetooth& 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent pany advanced degree/PhD experience.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Intermediate Tableau development skills;
Tableau Desktop Certification preferred. - Basic or intermediate SQL skills; scripting languages (R or Python) a plus.
- Solid grasp of data management systems, ETL, data warehouses, and data cube design.
- Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives EIN.
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high‑quality results.
- Strong focus on process improvement and operational excellence.
- 9+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years with an advanced degree/PhD.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Intermediate Tableau development skills and knowledge of data visualization best practices;
Tableau Desktop Certification preferred. - Basic or intermediate SQL skills; experience with scripting languages (R or Python) is a plus.

Estimated salary range $153,700 to $246,200 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary based on job‑related factors.
