We are looking for 1 Para Educator I Bilingual teacher assistant. 6.5 hrs/day – Abbott Middle School

• Under general supervision, to assist teachers in classroom operations;
• To assist teachers in instruction and the reinforcement of instruction of students individually and in small groups in accordance with instructions;
• To provide instructional record keeping support;
• To translate and interpret oral and written communication between parents, students and staff;
• To perform routine clerical duties; and
• To perform related work as required.

• High school diploma or higher.
• Associate’s degree or higher may waive the reading, math & writing test; provide proof if waived.
• Reading, math & writing test required unless waived based on prior education and/or experience.
