Analyst, Equity Investing

Summitry is looking for an Equity Analyst to join their team in Foster City. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of their investment process, researching and analyzing investment opportunities. You’ll build financial models, present your findings, and help manage a concentrated portfolio. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about investing and looking to make a real impact.

• Research and pitch investment ideas across various sectors
• Build and maintain financial models and valuation analyses
• Write investment memos and present recommendations
• Monitor portfolio holdings and recommend changes as needed
• Develop relationships with management teams and industry participants
• Communicate investment theses to clients and advisors

• Bachelor’s degree; CFA designation or progress towards it preferred
• 5+ years of equity research experience
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Independent thinker with a collaborative mindset
• Passion for investing and commitment to research
