Data Analyst, Supply Chain Master Data United States - California - Foster City Manufacturing Operations & Supply Chain Regular
Participate in the analysis, governance, and optimization of Global Material Master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness across supply chain systems.
Support SAP Product lifecycle management of materials, including creation, activation, phase-out, Obsolescence.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the creation, validation, and governance of master data in SAP MDG.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to troubleshoot data-related issues and implement sustainable fixes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce data standards and governance policies.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track material master KPIs, such as data quality, turnaround time, and compliance metrics.
Support global data harmonization projects, including data migration, cleansing, and enrichment activities during ERP implementations or upgrades.
Support compliance with internal controls and audit requirements related to master data processes.
Basic Qualifications:
High school degree and 3 years experience OR
Associates degree and 2 years experience OR
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Successful candidate will be extremely detail oriented, have strong analytical skills, and the ability to consistently achieve high levels of accuracy within a dynamic environment.
Team player, with the ability to work well with people at various levels, local and global.
Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong computer, organizational, and project management skills.
Able to work independently.
Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and communication skills are considered critical in executing the role successfully.
