ORDER TO CASH (OTC)
Analyzing new business requirements and proposing the best suitable solutions. Hands-on experience in the configuration of SAP SD Module for order types, contract management, pricing, taxation, billing, item categories, as well as logistics execution. Configuration knowledge on BRF+, AATP (Advance ATP), and Settlement Management. Should have hands-on knowledge working in the interfaces. Master data migration knowledge of Business partner (Customer/Vendor). Knowledge of business processes of third party, intercompany, consignment, returnable packaging, MTO, free of charge goods, and batch management.
Excellent understanding of the sales and distribution business process. Good knowledge on maintaining master data for customers and sales partners. Strong troubleshooting skills with a proven ability to analyze and determine root causes and provide resolutions for complex issues. Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
