Mandatory

Skills:

MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Word Press experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in software development, project management, and database management. Experience with API development and integration.

Technical

Skills:

Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with at least one major database platform such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, or Amazon RDS

Familiarity with frameworks such as Flask, Open Cart, and Power Apps

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PHP, HTML, and Java Script

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred: Knowledge of the clinical research space. RFP management and vendor oversight experience.

Responsibilities:

Work with the department to execute data infrastructure development and data optimization.

Develop visualizations, benchmarking, and reporting.

Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality.

Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Build and maintain APIs for data exchange between the web application and other systems.

Collaborate with the data team to develop and maintain databases and data warehouses.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for data initiatives.

Manage vendor outsourcing space, including managing RFPs and vendor relationships.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of data-related projects.

Develop and maintain documentation for all data-related processes and procedures.

Identify opportunities for data process improvements and recommend solutions to stakeholders.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data management and analysis.

Develop and maintain custom software solutions using frameworks such as Flask, Open Cart, and Power Apps.

Work with programming languages such as Python, PHP, HTML, and JavaScript.

Develop and maintain database schemas and tables working with Bongo, Amazon RDS, SQL Server, and MySQL.

Additional Responsibilities:

Ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions or reviews as a technical consultant for feasibility study.

Develop and guide team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.

Provide technical guidance or solutions; define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.

Prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
