Our client, a leading innovator in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Program Manager, Autonomous Driving to join their dynamic team. As a Technical Program Manager, Autonomous Driving, you will be an integral part of the Autonomy & Product Software team, supporting the development and enhancement of cutting‑edge autonomous driving systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for advancing automotive safety and technology, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location:Foster City, CA
Pay Range:$100 per hour
What's the Job?
- Drive the execution of the software development roadmap, ensuring alignment on priorities and timelines across teams.
- Build and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks to monitor program progress, team performance, and overall health for key stakeholders.
- Manage issue and bug tracking processes for the Autonomy & Product Software teams, utilizing Jira for effective resolution prioritization.
- Lead initiatives to improve software development processes, establishing standards and best practices for efficient execution.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration to drive decision‑making, resolve dependencies, and unblock technical teams to maintain momentum.
What's Needed?
- BS or MS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of experience in engineering or program management, particularly in product development roadmaps.
- Proficiency in using Jira to manage complex software development backlogs and processes.
- Strong skills in road mapping, breaking down strategic plans into actionable steps.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments.
