Role Overview As a Data Analyst on the Workforce Management team, you will bring hands-on UKG Pro Workforce Management Advanced Scheduling expertise to assess and improve our existing scheduling configuration. You will work with teammates and technical partners to understand scheduling needs, review the current configuration, and identify opportunities for improvement. This role involves implementing and testing approved changes, evaluating their effectiveness, and documenting the configuration for future maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
* Assess the current Advanced Scheduling setup and how it supports operational scheduling needs, identifying gaps and inefficiencies.
* Work with stakeholders to understand scheduling requirements and recommend UKG configuration improvements.
* Configure or support the implementation of approved changes in UKG, including testing and validation.
* Gather scheduling requirements and translate them into configuration recommendations or functional requirements.
* Document configuration decisions, testing results, and recommendations for the team.
* Apply knowledge of workforce forecasts and operational data to evaluate the scheduling setup.
* Analyze workforce and operational data to assess scheduling outcomes and identify trends.
* Perform targeted analysis to support UKG scheduling improvements and related initiatives.

Required Qualifications
*
* Experience:

** 3–5 years of experience in workforce management, scheduling systems, operations analytics, or a related field. Hands-on experience configuring or optimizing UKG Pro Workforce Management Advanced Scheduling is required. Experience should include improving system setup, not only creating or maintaining schedules. Also required is experience assessing an existing scheduling configuration, identifying opportunities for improvement, and validating the results of changes. Experience translating operational requirements into system configuration or functional requirements is necessary.

A working knowledge of workforce forecasting or capacity planning is also needed.

* Education:

** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

* Skills:

** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data quality. Clear communication skills and the ability to work with colleagues and technical partners.

Preferred Qualifications
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python and Pandas, or similar tools, for data manipulation and analysis.
* Experience building dashboards with Looker, Tableau, Databricks, or similar tools.
* Experience with other workforce management platforms.
* Experience in a large-scale, 24/7, service-based, fleet operations, or contact center environment
