You will be instrumental in translating complex ideas into accessible, impactful stories, directly influencing public perception and driving the success of our groundbreaking initiatives.

If you thrive on strategic thinking, creative execution, and making a tangible difference in how a company communicates its mission, this role is for you.

In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our content strategy, shaping our external voice across all owned channels. Your expertise will be crucial in crafting narratives for major announcements, strategic partnerships, and key milestone moments, while also empowering cross-functional teams with clear, persuasive communication.

This is your chance to leave a significant mark on a rapidly evolving industry, connecting innovation with everyday understanding.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute integrated content strategies for owned marketing channels, including organic social media, blog/longform content, and email, with a focus on announcement and partnership storytelling.
  • Build cohesive editorial narratives and strategic frameworks that align seamlessly with overarching communications and business objectives.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for owned channels, meticulously analyzing content performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement SEO best practices to maximize content visibility and reach.
  • Collaborate extensively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and deliverables.
  • Translate complex technical or product information into clear, compelling content strategies tailored to various audiences.
  • Support high-profile external engagements by preparing and refining content for events and presentations, including crafting keynote speeches, slide decks, and talking points.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6-8 years of experience in Marketing content strategy, brand storytelling, social media strategy, or integrated marketing within a high-growth startup, mobility, tech, or consumer brand environment.
  • Proven experience working with consumer, technical, engineering, and/or product teams to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop multi-channel content strategies for successful brand or product campaigns.
  • Comfort working effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, consistently applying a customer-first approach.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience with partnerships, sports/culture marketing, or automotive/tech storytelling.
  • A background in Marketing, PR, or Customer Service.
