Senior Scientist Group Leader

Base Pay Range

$35.65/hr – $37.40/hr

Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company providing a unique range of analytical testing services across multiple industries, ensuring the safety, identity, authenticity, and traceability of biological substances and products.

We are looking for scientists across different levels of experience to support the analytical testing activities of platform methods across a number of mAb projects. Training will be provided, and those with existing small molecule experience are encouraged to apply.

• Supports, manages and develops a small team of lab analysts
• Conducts interviews, on-boards, and trains new employees according to standard procedures
• Develops and maintains client relationships to ensure superlative service and quality deliverables
• Supports testing across a number of analytical techniques including:
  Titer, Concentration, SEC, Glycan Profiling, CEX, cIEF, CE, Reconstitution Time, Water Content, Excipient, Subvisible Particulate Matter, Appearance, Osmolality, Residuals (HPLC, ELISA, and qPCR)
• Performs data entry and experiment documentation adhering to Good Documentation Practices
• Conducts first level data review with high attention to detail
• Initiates and closes ELN records when necessary and appropriate
• Performs laboratory and equipment maintenance, as needed
• Supports other areas of the analytical development group as necessary to meet program requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry or related Science discipline with 1-3 years laboratory experience
• Excellent organization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

• Position is full‑time, Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
