Infosys is seeking dynamic a Sales Scaling Client Partner based in Foster City, CA for the Life Sciences Practice to accelerate the growth of net‑new and greenfield accounts, driving them to achieve and surpass $10MM in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in an accelerated timeframe. This is not your typical account management role. You'll be a key player in a high‑ team working directly with Business Development (BD) and sales hunter/pursuit teams to transform initial wins into substantial, long‑term revenue streams for Infosys.

Role Description

As a key partner, you will drive accelerated growth and collaborate with BD and sales hunter/pursuit teams to secure initial wins, partner with delivery stakeholders for seamless execution, and develop strategic account plans focused on rapid revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the accelerated growth of new and greenfield accounts to $10MM+ ARR, focusing on the opportunity management cycle:
    Prospect‑Evaluate‑Propose‑Close. Collaborate closely with BD and sales hunter/pursuit teams to build strong client relationships and secure initial wins.
  • Partner with delivery stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and fulfillment of commitments, supporting rapid account expansion.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on rapid revenue growth, including relationship mapping, opportunity identification, and pricing strategies.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • 11+ years of experience in sales, relationship management, and/or account management, with a strong emphasis on scaling new or greenfield accounts.
  • Significant experience in business development, with a focus on closing high‑value deals in accelerated time frames.
  • Experience in the relevant industry/vertical, Life Science is a must.
  • Significant business development and project management experience.
  • Track record of interacting and building relationships with C‑level client contacts.
  • Hands‑on experience with proposal creation and leading persuasive proposal presentations.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment with sales hunters, pursuit teams and delivery.
  • Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven track record of rapidly driving revenue growth in early‑stage accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in leveraging partner networks (e.g. Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Results‑driven, focused on achieving and exceeding ambitious targets.
  • Knowledge of industry specific go‑to‑market solutions.
  • Good understanding of life science industry specific business issues and drivers.
  • Experience managing large multi‑location consulting engagement teams.

    Track record as an Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship.
