As a Salesforce Senior Principal Application Developer, you should have around 12–16 years of experience and a good understanding of the Salesforce platform end to end.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Own the technical design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud and Experience Cloud.
* Lead hands-on development in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL and Flows, and act as the escalation point for the hardest technical problems.
* Design scalable integrations with ERP, billing, marketing and data platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture and middleware (e.g., Mule Soft, Boomi).
* Set and enforce coding standards, design patterns (trigger frameworks, separation of concerns), code review practices and security best practices.
* Work with architects, product owners and business stakeholders to turn requirements into technical designs and estimates.
* Mentor and grow a team of senior and mid-level developers through reviews, pairing and knowledge-sharing sessions.
* Assess new Salesforce releases and features and recommend how to adopt them.
* Reduce technical debt, and lead org health reviews, refactoring and platform optimization.
* Analyze business and technical requirements, providing actionable feedback on specifications, design, and integration flows.
* Actively engage in Agile ceremonies and support cross-functional collaboration to drive efficient project delivery.

Skills & Experience:

*** Expert knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL and asynchronous Apex.
* Experience with Flow automation at scale, including knowing when to use Flow and when to use Apex.
* Deep experience with the Salesforce data model, the sharing and security model.
* Proven integration experience: REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, OAuth, Platform Events, Streaming API and Bulk API.
* Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Hub Actions).
* Track record of delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce programs in Agile/Scrum environments.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
