Your Responsibilities:- Operate Vehicles Safely – Drive autonomously capable vehicles (4-8 hours per day) while ensuring the highest safety standards.
- Test & Support – Conduct basic software operations and provide feedback to engineering teams.
- Maintenance & Logistics – Perform routine vehicle readiness checks and assist in transportation logistics.
- Brand Ambassador – Represent our client’s mission and values while engaging with the public.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with multiple departments to advance autonomous vehicle technology.
Safe & Responsible Driver – A valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record is required.
Detail-Oriented Communicator – Strong written and verbal skills for documentation and reporting.
Tech-Savvy & Adaptable – Ability to learn new technology and follow operational procedures.
Proactive & Resourceful – Willingness to take initiative and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Drug Testing Compliance – Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing, per California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) regulations.
Schedule & Pay Perks:Shifts:
- Day Shift – 5:45 AM–2:15 PM, 6:45 AM–3:15 PM, or 7:45 AM–4:15 PM
- Night Shift – 1:45 PM–10:15 PM, 2:45 PM–11:15 PM, 3:45 PM–12:15 AM, or 5:45 PM–2:00 AM
Workdays – Wednesday-Sunday | Thursday-Monday | Friday-Tuesday | Saturday-Wednesday
Pay Bonuses
- 5% extra per hour on weekends
- 2% extra per hour for shifts starting at 1 PM or later (7% total for weekend night shifts!)
