Fountain Hills Medical Center is looking for a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with Arizona Advanced Practice Nursing License
.

FHMC is a brand new Outpatient Treatment Center opening in early Spring of 2021 with 8 ER beds and 5 ED/Observation beds alongside a Primary Care Clinic.

24-40 hours a week.

Looking for a dynamic, flexible, self-motivated Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Work in wellness, preventative care, primary care, urgent care, and disease management. Candidate must be able to function autonomously as well as be a team player. A dynamic personality with excellent communication skills is essential.

• Eight hour shifts, 24-40 hours a week, Monday-Friday.
• Certified EMR: CPISQ - Evident

Qualifications:

• Ability to pass on-site drug tests and background check.
• Strong desire to promote health, disease management, and prevention.
• Must have DEA Certificate, NPI, and prescriptive privileges.
• Arizona Advanced Practice Nursing License

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
