About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced CNC Operator (intermediate level) to join our 3rd shift team. In this role, you’ll operate and program CNC lathes, mills, and grinders to produce high-precision metal blades and saws. If you're detail-oriented and confident working with G-Code, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and program CNC machines using G-Code
- Set up machines and change tooling or saw blades
- Use measuring tools like calipers and micrometers
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Complete SPC charts and perform quality checks
- Load/unload steel and maintain a clean work area
- Follow all safety and PPE requirements
- Cross-train and support team members as needed
- Intermediate G-Code experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 10-hour shifts
- Strong basic math skills (fractions/decimals)
- Able to read and speak English
- Forklift certified (or willing to get certified)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and email
