Phillips Staffing is seeking a skilled woodworker for 2nd shift to set up and operate woodworking machines, trim joints, and assemble fixtures. You will cut and shape lumber, sand surfaces, and install hardware, following detailed work orders and blueprints.
You will also manage cut lists and contribute to finishing and quality control. The role requires 1–3 years in construction, ability to meet deadlines, and a willingness to work occasional weekends.
