Area Sales Manager

Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated entry level sales professional to manage and grow an assigned sales territory. The individual will be based in a territory with frequent air travel and overnight stays within assigned geography. As an entry level position, extensive training will be provided.

• Execute company sales strategies supporting company initiatives.
• Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve company position within marketplace.
• Build and maintain customer relationships from the work floor to the executive level.
• Conduct business reviews and meetings with customers.
• Achieve budgeted sales and gross profit goals.

• Aviation or Military operational background preferred.
• Previous Customer Service, Technical Sales or direct Operations Leadership in GSE, Industrial or Automotive parts preferred.
• Strong relationship building, sales, communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to work independently, stay focused, and remain self-motivated.
• Computer literacy with fluency in basic Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Able to travel frequently.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid passport.
• College/Trade School education preferred.

$55,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr
