MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) Clerk manages inventory, processes orders, and ensures the smooth flow of materials and supplies for maintenance, repair, and operational activities.

• Maintain accurate records of MRO inventory, including parts, tools, and supplies.
• Receive, store, and issue MRO materials.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
• Restock inventory levels as needed.

• Process purchase orders for MRO materials.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents.
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Maintain accurate records of MRO activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and inventory transactions.
• Prepare reports and documentation as needed.

• Communicate with maintenance technicians and other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure efficient procurement of MRO materials.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations.
• May assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) at least 2 yrs. or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

• Possess or have ability to become forklift certified
• Driver’s License or equivalent

Ability to read and interpret documents, including protocols, standard operating procedures, customer orders, and pick tickets.

Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
