They are at the forefront of innovation, providing cutting-edge solutions to clients and contributing to industry success. We are looking for talented Senior Accountants to join the team and contribute to the company s growth.
Responsibilities- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly close processes.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOX internal controls, and company accounting policies.
- Record acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and depreciation of fixed assets.
- Prepare and file monthly SALT tax filings for Arizona, Hawaii, California, and Colorado.
- Manage posting of vendor invoices into ERP, ensuring accuracy and proper accounting period allocation.
- Oversee the import of credit card data from Concur into ERP.
- Prepare monthly upload of financial activity into corporate ERP.
- Handle prevailing wage filings, certified payroll, and other contract administration deliverables.
- Monitor subcontractor compliance with prevailing wage documentation.
- Maintain and improve accounting systems, processes, and documentation.
- Support external and internal audits by providing schedules and documentation within deadlines.
- Adhere to company policies regarding ethics, electronic communications, confidential information, insider trading, and safety.
- Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned to support the accounting department and company operations.
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification strongly preferred.
- Public Accounting Experience strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Thorough understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in using accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
