Senior Accountant

We are partnered with a public traded company in the Santa Ana area that is looking for a Senior Accountant. The role is mostly on-site.

Salary range: 100-110k.

• Record journal entries and perform account reconciliations as part of the month‑end close process
• Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with established accounting policies and procedures
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather financial information for monthly reports, ensuring timely and accurate period‑end results
• Support the preparation and distribution of financial statements
• Investigate and respond to general ledger questions and inquiries
• Analyze significant variances and assist with follow‑up explanations and supporting documentation
• Provide support during quarterly and annual financial audits
• Assist in the development of the annual corporate budget
• Participate in departmental or company‑wide special projects as assigned

• Bachelor's in Accounting required
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• Advanced Excel skills
